- Two-night minimum on weekends – Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday.

- All rooms are non-smoking
- We are a non-smoking inn and will assess a $150.00 cleaning charge for smoking in the Inn or Cabins

- Estate Rules For Children: While we welcome children, please use your best judgment with your child and their abilities to fit into a quiet, mature environment. We are happy to assist you with deciding if the Murphin Ridge Inn is good fit for you and your child. Children under 16 must be directly supervised at all times while on the premises. Children are never allowed to be in a room alone. Children must be quiet while in rooms.
- Reservations and Deposits: Your reservation request may be secured by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS or Personal Check. A Deposit of 1 Night’s Stay is Required at the time of Reservation. The remaining balance, additional charges and fees are paid at Check-Out.
- Cancellations: There is a $25 Handling Fee Charge for ALL Cancellations. Deposits are Non-Refundable for Cancelations made within 15 days of Arrival. For Holidays, Holiday Weekends and the month of October, Deposits are Non-Refundable for Cancelations made within 30 days of Arrival. A Reservation can be Rescheduled instead of Canceled, but the stay must occur within 90 days of the original Reservation Date.
- Refunds: Cancellations made prior to 15 days of the arrival date are 100% refundable less the $25 handling fee. At the discretion of the Inn, refunds may be made in cases when other guests reserve cancelled rooms or cabins.
- No Shows: will be charged the FULL price of the Reserved Stay!
- Group Reservations: At the time a reservation is made a deposit of one night’s stay plus tax, for each room and cabin, is required.
- Group Cancellations: For cancellations made within 30 days, deposits are not refundable. Exceptions are October dates, holiday dates and holiday weekends, when deposits are not refundable for cancellations made within 90 days. If you reschedule a stay to occur within 30 days of the original reservation date, we will be happy to credit the cancellation deposit charge to this future reservation, minus a $25 cancellation handling fee. There is a $25 handling fee charged in all cases for cancellations.
- Group Refunds: At the discretion of the Inn, refunds may be made in cases when other guests reserve cancelled rooms or cabins. If reservations dates are rescheduled, refunds are at the Inn’s discretion and will be considered in terms of length of lead-time and number of lodgings that have been held on reserve for the group and taken off the Inn’s availability list.
