The Dining House is open to Inn guests 7 days a week for breakfast.
Dinner is served between 5:30 and 7:30 pm.
Do to increased bookings, we cannot accept dinner reservations for non-Inn guests until further notice.

Sugar Cookies, Preheat oven to 375 degrees
1 c butter
2 c light brown sugar
1/2 c milk
1 t pure vanilla extract
3 1/4 c all purpose flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
butter and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one at a
time, beating after each addition. Add milk and
vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix
well. Drop on parchment-lined cookie sheets by
tablespoons. Bake for about 12 minutes.
Icing: In a small
saucepan, mix 3 T butter, 3 T half and half or 4%
milk, and 1/2 c brown sugar. Boil 1 minute. Remove
from heat and beat in 3/4 c sugar.
Add a little confectioner's sugar or cream to make
spreading consistency. Frost cookies while still
