- Reservations and Deposits: At the time a reservation is made at Murphin Ridge Inn, a deposit of one night’s stay plus tax is required to secure your reservation. In exchange, the Inn removes your special place from our availability calendar and takes your room/s and cabin/s out of our inventory for your reserved dates. Reservations secured with Gift Certificates are subject to deposit charges and handling fees against the certificate balance. Deductions will be made to the current balance of the certificate. If the Gift Certificate does not cover the deposit, a credit card will be charged for the difference. No shows will be charged the full price of lodging for the dates reserved.
- Cancellations: For cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, deposits are non-refundable. There is a $25 handling fee charged in all cases for cancellations. The exceptions are October dates, holidays and holiday weekends, when deposits are not refundable for cancellations made within 30 days. If you reschedule a stay to occur within 30 days of the original reservation date, we will be happy to credit the cancellation deposit charge to this future reservation, minus a $25 cancellation handling fee.
- Refunds: Cancellations made prior to 15 days of the arrival date are 100% refundable less the $25 handling fee. At the discretion of the Inn, refunds may be made in cases when other guests reserve cancelled rooms or cabins.
- Group Reservations: At the time a reservation is made a deposit of one night’s stay plus tax, for each room and cabin, is required.
- Group Cancellations: For cancellations made within 30 days, deposits are not refundable. Exceptions are October dates, holiday dates and holiday weekends, when deposits are not refundable for cancellations made within 90 days. If you reschedule a stay to occur within 30 days of the original reservation date, we will be happy to credit the cancellation deposit charge to this future reservation, minus a $25 cancellation handling fee. There is a $25 handling fee charged in all cases for cancellations.
- Group Refunds: At the discretion of the Inn, refunds may be made in cases when other guests reserve cancelled rooms or cabins. If reservations dates are rescheduled, refunds are at the Inn’s discretion and will be considered in terms of length of lead-time and number of lodgings that have been held on reserve for the group and taken off the Inn’s availability list.
