Join us for a special summer supper on Sundays and Mondays. Showcasing the Ridge's freshest ingredients from both our Murphin gardens and neighboring Amish farms.

SUNDAY:

A bowl of Murphin's yummy soup of the day and a hearty salad fresh from the garden with your choice of entree:

Vegetable Crepes - Two handmade crepes filled with seasonal bounty and made bubbly with our own marinara sauce and cheese or

North Carolina Catfish - Our original recipe: parmesan-crusted and baked to perfection.

Pan Roasted Chicken Breast - Seasoned with fresh herbs from the garden

MONDAY:

A bowl of Murphin's yummy soup of the day and a fresh from the garden salad with your choice of entree:

Vegetable Gratin or Layered Vegetables of the Season with Julia's famous custard topped with Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Seared Wild Salmon Filet
